Ron and Marlene Brice on Networking

Hmmm, this interesting post from Ron and Marlene Brice.  Who famously bought a Jaquar with their monthly check and had $22,000 left over.  They are a passionate couple with lots of integrity and networking smarts that came the hard way.

Hi team,

Here is the real truth about Network Marketing from years of analyzing the industry, thanks to John Godzich. These facts are accurate across the board from company to company and are not snap shots, rather long range carefully analyzed results. No one gets to the truth better than John:

The Number Three Reason people stay in NM is when they are earning $350 a month or more. I believe XanGo’s comp plan to be second to none in this arena. As Doug Wead says after careful study, “You can make more money, faster, with less effort, and with less people than any other comp plan.”

The Number Two Reason people stay in NM is Recognition, (While XanGo has fabulous recognition, other companies, like Mary Kay, place tremendous stress on recognition), and

The Number ONE reason people stay in Network Marketing is that they are passionate about a cause. If anyone honestly looks for the real facts, in order to learn the unemotional truth, no company has a better cause factor than XanGo………product line, charitable giving, with success fueled by the Grand Daddy of all comp plans. While other companies certainly have good products, in a debate with one who knows the real facts, no company today can compete with the XanGo opportunity for cause factor.

Here is the kicker on #1. I just got off the phone with a competitive networker. This couple is a dynamic young couple who are earning around $8000 to $10,000 a month in their company. They believe so much in their company (the cause factor) that they are totally blinded by the truth. They have been seduced (read manipulated by their company’s  published pay percentages that don’t compare apples to apples, and well intentioned upline) into believing that their Binary Pay Plan pays out over 50% and that their pay plan has no breakage. The real facts are that their pay plan is riddled with breakage and in actuality only pays out mid 30 percent money in commissions, a far cry from their over 50% payout claims.

This is the way many manipulative founders of companies in this industry keep the true facts about their pay plans from being discovered. Brainwash eager recruits, then through their upline, company perks and recognition, control their minds, and you have them forever because of their inaccurate but compelling belief in the cause factor. I know, I spent 13 years full time with another company where my mind was controlled by masters. Sadly, it took a decade for me to see the truth, and when I saw it, I simply had to leave.

How very sad indeed. The truth is that, if you overlay XanGo’s comp plan onto this couples incredible effort, charisma, and recruiting skills, they would be making 4 to 5 times the monthly pay checks with our comp plan (#3 reason), boy, would this get them recognition (#2 reason) and they would have much more devoted followers (#1 reason, the cause factor) if they had XanGo’s unique mix of honesty, compassion for telling the truth, and our product lines which are incomparable anywhere in the industry.

THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE

Our best to you,

Ron and Marlene

Well said Ron and Marlene. It is a challenge to read between the lines of the various comp plans offered in Network Marketing and most of them are designed for those who are not good at math! On the surface they look good, but you really have to dig in and run the numbers to find the truth. What I like about Xango is that there are no hidden agendas, no fancy footwork on the compensation plan. It’s straight forward and open. And it works. I’m proof of that. Thanks for a great commentary.

  2. Nancy Barr says:

very well said, Thank you Ron and Marlene…….N~

  3. Suzi Jackson says:

What a great article. It is sad that at a time when so many people are ready to join a network marketing company..they are ill prepared on how to evaluate one. I’m so grateful for Xango company that I am partnered with. I love the opportunity to teach peolple the real deal of actually partenering with a company on a true 50/50 pay out.

    Ron & Marlene,
Wow, what powerful words of truth and wisdom you speak. Too bad people close their minds to the facts and are blinded by emotion and lies. The truth will set them free and make them more sustainable money for themselves and their teams.
Binaries and others like them have to go.

  5. Jon De Ridder says:

    Thank you Ron and Marlene
I hope this will save some one from finding out the hard way on how comp plans are not always what they seem!

  6. carol plant says:

Wow….I am so thankful that even though I didn’t know a thing about NWM, Xango Did!!! ‘I KNOW I AM AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME’….thanks, XanGo…
    Great Article, Ron and Marlene

  7. Connie McKnight says:

Thank you Ron for taking the time to put the facts in writing. It’s a shame people in other companies don’t realize they’re having the wool pulled over their eyes.

  8. Janet Kroll says:

I am glad I am with Xango and Team Divine. Our team works to promote everyone….even cross lines.

  9. I have learned a lot since starting with Xango. I was one of the fortunate ones who chose Xango as their first (and last) networking adventure. I appreciate Ron and Marlene for putting the facts out there for people. Breakage is a hidden secret that many first time networkers aren’t aware of. You REALLY need to understand a comp plan before joining a company and Xango really stands apart from all the rest!

  10. Deanna Price says:

I am so proud to be able to honestly say our compensation plan at Xango is the best. This is great information for all of us.

  11. It’s amazing how most people who get into a company really have NO idea how they get paid. XanGo has a TRUE, ACTUAL 50% payout to the distributors as compared to 28-44% of everyone else.
So if you were going to put your money and reputation into something, why not be paid fully for your efforts? Maybe that’s why XanGo has created 75 Millionaires in 6 short years and XANGO DOES NOT PAY ANYONE to come into our teams!! A level playing field for everyone.

  12. Linda Roe says:

Well said. I have a friend who spent thirty years in this industry and said that not until Xango did she understand how compensation plans really work – how the company actually pays out. She was just taught go sell “whatever” and it would all fall into place. She found it absolutely refreshing to find a company that educated you on all aspects of the business. A company that welcomes your questions and provides ethical, solid answers. We are the “real” thing.

  13. Glenn Sparks says:

Thanks Ron. Although I have great respect for anyone who is seriously building a business in our industry, most of us are at least a little guilty of looking at our companies through rose colored glasses. I’ve worked my XanGo business hard over the past 6 years, but I’ve found it easier to make more money with less time, less effort and fewer people that ANY other company I have been involved with over the past 30 years. It’s like farming in the richest soil this industry has ever known!

  14. Excelllent article. I have a simular situation with a brother in law that is in one of those binary companies. Totally blinded. I feel sorry for him. The integrity of XanGo is unmatched. Along with Janelle I want to reiderate “I was one of the fortunate ones who chose Xango as their first (and last) networking adventure”

  15. Cookie Vigue says:

We have so much to offer, I don’t understand why more people won’t put down their negativity, and just LOOK at our plan. They would be so amazed.

  16. Deb Held says:

Thank you Ron & Marlene for getting the facts out there for all to see. The integrety & honesty of this company and their comp plan is amazing. They truely found a way for all to be successful in this business. Thanks again for the honest facts.

  17. Greg Bullis says:

Thanks for putting this up. I am really glad that someone out there has the time and the brains to go through the various compensation plans and tell the truth. I am making more money with Xango just this month than I have during my entire Network Marketing career with two other companies.

  18. Ron Brice says:

Networking is in our blood. Marlene and I love the industry and our heart aches when we see hard working honest people pouring their hearts and souls into a company with a deficient pay plan (Binary), no relationships with upline (stacking), and/or where there is no system in place. We see so many who get upset at the industry when their failure was assured the moment they got involved because they were seduced into thinking that Networking is a gimmick, and that by throwing people into a stack will produce success. The buzz words that manipulators use to convince uneducated people that not getting paid on all the volume of business you bring to your company is a good deal for you amazes us. How could anyone want to not get paid for the work they do?

  19. Inge Maskun says:

Thank you, thank you, thank you …

  20. Robin Edgar says:

Thanks for the information. This is a struggle we have had with other great people in other companies to try to educate them on how hard they are working and how they could be making so much more with Xango. The large amount of money that Xango is giving to help feed hungry children is also a great story to share with network marketing people that also care about others. Thanks for the great story and help with building our businesses.

  21. This is a remarkable article by Ron and Marlene Brice. It is so frustrating to me to try and help my friends who are spending countless hours on other network marketing companies that are producing so very little in the way of income. They are so loyal to their companies but just don’t as you put it, see the truth in their own companie’s compensation plans. I am so honored to be a part of Xango, the integrity of this company and it’s founders is off the charts!!!! My sadness is not knowing about it 6 years ago!!!

  22. The longer I am with XanGo the greater the respect I have for the company, the founders and the amazing leaders in the field. My esteem for the founders grows each time they release a new product that is based on science, is high performance (people get RESULTS), and gives us safe alternatives to the toxic mess out there. Seeing the genius of their comp plan that benefits everyone for pulling together (that Gordon put together with his parents’ success in mind) and the incredible 7% of profits they put into children’s charities and they have my loyalty forever. Highly principled, compassionate people. Thanks for sharing this, Doug.

  23. Ann Rudrauff says:

Hats off and with gratitude, the TRUTH IS OUT. Oh, my gosh, the belief in XanGo has never been greater. All the pieces are in place to explode this business opportunity for anyone.Hang on,we’re on a thoroughbred! Thanks Ron and Marlene!

  24. Thank you for such an insightful post. It is amazing how many people will feel so committed to a venture that they will go down with the sinking ship. I have learned so much from leaders like Ron and Marlene Brice about how to evaluate companies and their compensation plans; and I am humbled to be a part of XanGo. With appreciation.

  25. Sharon Thiel says:

What a blessing to see this so clearly expressed! We, too, have a couple of friends in binary companies who cannot seem to see the truth even when the actual figures are presented to them. We are so thankful there has never been a smoke & mirrors situation for us with Xango, it has always been clear, easy to understand, and exactly as presented. Thanks for the post!

  26. Peggy Kimmey says:

Powerful information – thank you for sharing in concise, easy to follow format. The truth of why we stay – and how XANGO is different – is a compelling message that we all need to share.

  27. I feel so fortunate that the first network marketing company I chose to join is Xango. I would have easily been fooled by the binary approach. The longer I am involved with network marketing, the more I have come to appreciate all that Xango has to offer, beginning with the founders and all throughout the biz.
Thanks for sharing these truths with us, hopefully people will make wiser choices due to your efforts.

    Go XanGo!

  28. Jerry Bures says:

Wow. And I’m saying wow even after hearing this kind of info a few times already. I just can’t imagine networking for a company and then find out I was being sold out like that. We are fortunate for such a transparent company like XanGo!

  29. Gary & Deb Eichhorst says:

Ron, you have an amazing way of clearly framing your thoughts to make a point. We are fortunate to have both you and Marlene mentoring us to build this business. No where else besides Xango would this happen, unless I spent a small fortune buying a consultants advice. I wish I had known someone like you 32 years ago when I started in business for myself.

  30. Carol Ferrier says:

Thanks for this well thought out post Doug. Ron & Marlene hit the nail on the head dead on. With regard to thier points on why people stay, in my own experience I have seen exactly what they talked about with companies who are so adept at keeping the blinders on the distributors that they only see a part of the picture. They may stay locked in for years as the Brice’s did before finally seeing the truth. It’s great to see a company like Xango that has a way for all to be successful in this business.

  31. Erich Schmitt says:

Very good article. First I would like to thank my upline for showing me the difference between Xango,LLC and many of the other companies out there. Also as a friend of mine said the other day when I was sharing about what I am doing “That seems almost to simple”

  32. Thanks, Ron and Marlene for this article and all the other great leadership you provide. You’re terrific role models for us, whether we’re already in XanGo or taking a serious look. You always make us look good.

  33. Susan Moore says:

You really cut to the chase and said it so well! Thank you for taking your time to spell it out simply. This is a good tool to share with our new people! Go XanGo!

  34. Great article. I am new to network marketing. I have done my due diligence and believe I am in the right place at the right time with the right company. I am so very grateful for having been introduced to XanGo and the fabulous team we are all on.

  35. Patrick Peterson says:

Very insightful… Hit home being that I was in a very similar situation prior to Xango where I was blinded by emotion and inaccurate conditioning. Thanks Justin Prince and Tommy Johnson. I have seen the light… and it’s ORANGE. ;-)
